I will not be held responsible for any misconceptions if you do not read my TOS thoroughly.

The rights to the model and design are yours. I will not reproduce or sell any part of your design.

The model can be used for commercial streaming/VTubing purposes.

I reserve the right to post my commissioned work to my social media for advertising and portfolio purposes, with respective credits to the client and/or artists involved.

I reserve the right to stream my commission progress. Please contact me beforehand if you want to keep it hidden.

I reserve the right to withdraw from finishing a commission if problems occur that should make me uncomfortable. In that case, you might be issued a full, partial, or no refund depending on the progress made.

Please credit my work in your Twitter bio and/or a permanent spot on your streaming platform (eg, Twitch panels).

Do not use the commissioned work in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.

Do not reproduce, redistribute or resell the commissioned work without my permission. Please contact me beforehand if you plan to resell my work.

Payment by PayPal only. I will create and send you PayPal invoices for payment.

PayPal transaction fees are not included in the price list.

As stated in the WORKFLOW part, you would need to pay 30% ~ 50% deposit to secure the spot.

Once the commission is confirmed, the deposit cannot be refunded, even if the client wants to cancel the commission before the start date (because I’ve secured the slot specifically for this commission and refused other commission applications).

If the commission is cancelled due to the client's cause, a partial or no refund may be issued, depending on the progress made.

If I am unable to complete the commission due to my own circumstances, you'll be issued a full or partial refund (depending on the progress made).

Once the work is finalized, refunds cannot be given.

Work on the commission will begin once full or partial payment has been received.

If needed, partial payment plans can be arranged in advance, but payments can only be split into a maximum of four parts.

Please note that you MUST plan the schedule of finishing your model art well! If you can't finish the model art at the scheduled time, my work schedule will be disrupted, and I might have to discuss with you whether to cancel (The deposit will not be refunded.) or put off your commission. If your commission is put off, a postponement fee (10% of the total price) will be charged.

How can I join your commission waitlist?

A: I don’t currently maintain a waitlist. Instead, you can apply during my open application windows. If I’m interested in your project, I’ll reach out to discuss the details. Once everything is confirmed, your commission will be added to my schedule.

How can I increase my chances of being selected?

A: I choose commissions based on the styles and designs I personally enjoy. At the moment, I’m more likely to accept: Female characters > Male characters > Non-human designs

My model art isn’t finished yet. Can I still apply for rigging?

A: Yes! You can apply with your most recent sketch and a clear idea of what you need. As long as I understand your character and the requirements, that’s fine. However, a finalized artwork is always preferred.

When should I send you the PSD file for rigging?

A: Ideally, please send your PSD at least 2 weeks before your scheduled start date. The earlier, the better!

What happens if I can't finish my model art on time?

A: It's very important to plan your timeline carefully. If your model art isn’t ready by the scheduled start, it can disrupt my entire workflow. In that case, we may need to either: postpone your commission (with a 10% rescheduling fee) or cancel it entirely (deposit is non-refundable).

If my application is accepted, how will you schedule the work?

A: I assign commission slots based on the application window. For example, if I say the window is for January–February slots, your commission (if accepted) will be scheduled somewhere within that timeframe. I’ll inform you of your assigned start date, and if it doesn’t work for you, we can discuss adjustments.

Do package discounts apply if I want to commission the model art first and the rigging later?

A: No. Discounts are only available when commissioning multiple services at the same time. If you decide to request the rigging months later, it will count as a separate commission, and the discount will not apply. Also, you may apply again when commissions are open next time — I will give you priority if you have already commissioned the model art with me.

I got your confirmation, but I can’t pay the deposit right away. Can you hold my slot?

A: Unfortunately, your commission isn't officially booked until the deposit is paid. If you miss the payment deadline, your slot may be offered to someone else.

Can I cancel after paying the deposit? Will I get a refund?

A: No. Once you confirm your slot and pay the deposit, it is non-refundable. I reserve time specifically for your project, which means turning down other requests.

How will you communicate during the commission?

A: I’ll keep you updated via email—usually at least once a week. Please check your inbox regularly and respond promptly. I don’t use messaging apps for commission communication. In some cases, I will accept communicating with you via Twitter (X).

My character has lots of arm toggles. Will that cost more?

A: Yes. If your model includes more than 3 arm toggles, the price will increase depending on how many extra toggles are needed. Also, if you request multiple outfits, arm toggles for each outfit will be priced separately due to the extra work involved.

Can you add a body lean toggle to my model?

A: It depends on the model's complexity. I can usually add body lean toggles to standard models. For more complex designs, it requires extra work and may come with a higher cost—or in some cases, I may not be able to offer it.

Can you add special effects like flames to my model?

A: I’m not specialized in complex VFX. If you want high-quality flame, particle, or magic effects, I recommend hiring an artist who focuses on animation effects. Once you have the animation frames (as PNGs), I can help integrate them into the model.

Do you make a showcase video for every commission?

A: I decide on a case-by-case basis. If I have enough time and feel inspired, I might make a showcase. However, due to my workload, it's not guaranteed (and sometimes I might post it later).
